Learning something new about the phone each day. The blackberry Bold is like having a computer in your hand. I do not have to wait until I get to the computer to check email.

I love the Bold and I have that for personal use. I really like the quality of the people that assist me with whatever problems that I have with my phone or my service. I do wish the phone was a little smaller but I didn't feel that way until I got my work cell which is a Blackberry Tour thru Verizon. Also, the battery life could be much longer. However,I feel the service all around is better and my devotion remains with AT&T. Thank you~ Melanie Loveland

My husband and I just returned from an 11-day vacation during which time we used our new BB Bolds extensively. They're sweet little computer/phone devices. There are very few things that I would change about them. Also, the AT&T Navigator service came in very handy. SMS and MMS texting was easy to manage. I was able to keep in touch with my office via e-mail and the cameras and video recorders functioned well.

I just recently purchased this phone and I simply love it. It is one of the best phones I have ever used. I love working with electronics and technical equipment and this phone met and exceeded all my expectations. If you have a chance, get one of these phones.

Overall, I am very pleased with this BlackBerry. It will work great with work email and personal email, texting is easy, and I thought browsing was good. Some people didn't like it, but for me I thought it was very good. If you have been trying to find reviews please take this honest review to heart and if you have been seriously considering the BlackBerry Bold, get it, you won't be sorry. For my first BlackBerry I am very happy with my phone. I wish you all the best.

This is the first BlackBerry that I have owned and I love it. I had a Tilt and hated trying to text with it. Everyone in my immediate family uses a BlackBerry, but I am the only one with the Bold. I tell everyone that I know about it and if they are on AT&T, to get one.
